The Two River Times
"C.H.A.S.E. For Life" Stands for CPR, Heimlich, Awareness, Safety, Education Launch Party

By Joan Lucky

C.H.A.S.E for Life will have its first annual benefit on Sat. Sept. 9, at 7 p.m. at Avenue "leclub" at Pier Village in Long Branch. C.H.A.S.E. for Life was founded by Farley Boyle of Little Silver because her 2 year old daughter Chase, slipped into the water behind her home, was found drowning, and ultimately saved by CPR. C.H.A.S.E. for Life is partnering with hospital systems to make it mandatory for first time mothers to take a CPR class before discharged from the hospital with their newborns. The committee met at her Little Silver home to plan the benefit.
